How does Bowl Fresh work?+
Simply place the Bowl Fresh bottle inside your toilet tank in the water. Every time you flush, the water activates the cleaning liquid and carries it around your bowl โ€” keeping it clean, fresh and odour-free automatically. No scrubbing, no effort.
How long does one bottle last?+
One Bowl Fresh bottle typically lasts 3โ€“4 weeks depending on how frequently your toilet is flushed. It continuously releases cleaning solution with every flush until the bottle is empty. For busy households, you may need to replace it a little sooner.
Where exactly do I place the bottle?+
Remove the lid of your toilet cistern (the tank at the back), and simply place the Bowl Fresh bottle inside the water. That’s it โ€” replace the lid and flush to activate. The bottle sits submerged in the water and works with every flush.
What scents are available?+
Bowl Fresh is available in four beautiful scents: Rose, Fresh Lemon, Lavender, and Ocean Mist. All variants use the same powerful cleaning formula โ€” just in your preferred fragrance.
Will Bowl Fresh leave blue stains in my toilet?+
No! Bowl Fresh uses a clear, residue-free formula specifically designed to leave zero blue marks or staining on your toilet bowl or tank โ€” unlike old-fashioned blue tablet cleaners that can permanently stain porcelain.
How do I know when the bottle needs replacing?+
When the cleaning liquid inside the bottle has been fully released, you will notice the bottle is empty and the fresh scent may begin to fade. Simply remove the old bottle and replace it with a new Bowl Fresh bottle in the same way.

Is Bowl Fresh safe for children and pets?+
Yes! Bowl Fresh is non-toxic, pet-friendly and safe for homes with children of all ages. Our formula is designed to be tough on stains and odours while remaining gentle and safe for your family. Always keep the toilet lid closed as a precaution with young children and pets.
Is Bowl Fresh safe for septic tanks?+
Absolutely. Bowl Fresh is specially formulated to be septic-safe. Our formula will not harm the beneficial bacteria in your septic system that are essential for breaking down waste. It is safe for all septic tank types.
Is Bowl Fresh safe for older plumbing and pipes?+
Yes. Bowl Fresh is gentle on all plumbing types including older pipes, PVC pipes, copper pipes, and dual-flush systems. Our formula does not contain harsh chemicals that corrode or damage plumbing infrastructure.
What ingredients are in Bowl Fresh?+

Can Bowl Fresh be used in all toilet types?+
Yes! Bowl Fresh is compatible with all standard toilet types, including single-flush, dual-flush (half/full flush), and most modern cistern designs. If your toilet has a very small cistern, please check there is enough room for the bottle before placing it inside.

Shipping and Delivery (4 questions)

Do you deliver Australia-wide?+
Yes! We deliver to all states and territories across Australia including NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, ACT and NT. Orders are dispatched from our facility in Laverton North, Victoria.
How long does delivery take?+
Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times: VIC: 1โ€“3 days, NSW/SA/ACT: 2โ€“4 days, QLD/WA/TAS: 3โ€“7 days. These are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
How much does shipping cost?+
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Check the current shipping rates and free shipping threshold at checkout or contact our team for bulk order shipping quotes.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received your tracking details within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us at Sales@firstoneaustralia.com.au.

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?+
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at 1800 212 779 or Sales@firstoneaustralia.com.au if you need to make a change or cancellation. If the order has already been dispatched, we will process it as a return instead.
I did not receive my order โ€” what do I do?+
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, first check your tracking number. If your package appears stuck or lost, please contact us at Sales@firstoneaustralia.com.au with your order number and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.
My order arrived damaged โ€” what should I do?+
We are sorry to hear this. Please take a photo of the damaged item and packaging, and email it to Sales@firstoneaustralia.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
